This compression fitting has a straight-through ferrule structure, used for straight connection of two sections of ferrule pipelines to realize weld-free quick connection with a connection coaxiality of ≤0.03mm, suitable for pipeline extension of pneumatic and hydraulic light pipelines, and can be stably used in dense pipelines of automated equipment with convenient disassembly and assembly. The compression fitting is a key component for light pipeline connection.
Material & Craftsmanship
The joint is made of 304/316 stainless steel with precision processing. The double ferrules are pre-tightened and sealed, and the ferrule cutting edge is quenched with a hardness of over HRC55. The joint body is passivated for corrosion protection, which can cope with humid industrial environments and has no loosening after vibration test, ensuring the stability of the compression fitting.
