Compression Tee

This compression tee splits one tube line into two branches using double ferrules on all three ports, so a T-junction is made by tightening nuts instead of cutting and welding the tube. The body is machined from 304/316 stainless steel, and the three ferrule seats are machined in the same setup so the branch angle stays true and every leg seals at the same pull-up. Sizes cover 6 to 22 mm in both equal and reducing configurations, following the GB/T3733-2008 ferrule standard.

A tee multiplies the number of joints on a line, and each joint is a potential leak point, so consistency across the three ports is what buyers actually need. Our production machines all three ferrule seats in one clamping setup, which keeps the branch angle and ferrule depth identical on every leg instead of letting each port drift. For reducing tees, we match the two tube sizes against the customer's line spec and verify the assembly at pressure, so a branch point does not become the weak point of the system.
