Core Function & Application Positioning
This 2 way needle valve adopts external thread connection and is equipped with an anti-misoperation locking structure, which can realize fluid shut-off and stable adjustment under high-pressure (≤32MPa) working conditions. The 2 way needle valve's locking mechanism can prevent unauthorized personnel from misoperation, and it is mostly used in high-pressure hydraulic pump stations and heavy machinery pipeline systems, capable of coping with complex working conditions of high-frequency vibration in engineering machinery.
Material & Craftsmanship
The valve body is integrally forged with 304/316 stainless steel. The valve stem is surface-hardened by nitriding with a hardness of over HV700, and adopts a multi-turn V-shaped sealing structure with outstanding anti-vibration and pressure resistance performance. The valve body has passed ultrasonic non-destructive testing without forging defects such as sand holes and cracks, ensuring the reliability of the 2 way needle valve.
Specification Advantages
Covering common external thread pipe diameters from M14×1.5 to M27×2, it is compatible with ISO/DIN international standards, can adapt to the pipeline needs of imported European and American engineering equipment, and supports customized high and low-temperature working conditions from -20℃ to 200℃.
