The multiport needle valve combines a primary process inlet with several instrument or auxiliary outlet ports in one compact valve body. Instead of installing a conventional needle valve together with multiple tees, nipples, and adapters, the multiport design provides dedicated connections for a pressure gauge, transmitter, test hose, bleed valve, calibration device, or secondary instrument. This arrangement simplifies the instrument hook-up and can make maintenance work more orderly. The needle mechanism provides controlled isolation of the incoming pressure, while unused outlets can be plugged or reserved for future instruments. Multiport gauge-valve designs are widely used where one process connection must serve several pressure instruments or maintenance functions.

 

Our multiport needle valve is configured according to the number of required outlets, their direction, connection size, and purpose. Ports may be positioned on the sides, top, rear, or other machined faces so that instruments do not interfere with each other after installation. This is especially important on compact skids and wellhead monitoring assemblies, where access for a wrench or calibration hose must be considered before production. The inlet can be male or female threaded, while the outlets may use matching or mixed connection forms. Handle type, stem design, plugs, mounting holes, and identification can also be customized. Quality Control

 

 

Each port is checked for position, thread accuracy, passage condition, and identification. Assembly inspection covers stem movement, packing condition, plug installation, and sealing surfaces. Finished products undergo 100% inspection before packing, including pressure and leakage testing according to the confirmed order specification. Third-party inspection can be arranged for project orders.

 

Export Packaging

 

 

Protective caps or plugs are fitted to open connections before packing. Individual valves are separated to prevent impact during handling, and moisture-resistant export cartons or wooden cases are selected according to shipment size and weight. Outer packaging carries the required handling and protection marks. Customer labels, barcodes, part numbers, and private-label cartons are available for distributor orders.
