Angle Female Thread Gauge Valve

This angle female thread gauge valve carries an internal thread connection on the line side and turns the flow 90 degrees to the gauge port, giving installers a right-angle tap that drops directly onto threaded piping. The body is machined from 304/316 stainless steel, and the stem uses a fast open-close structure that seats the valve in a fraction of a turn, convenient for frequent gauge isolation. The surface finish passes a 500-hour salt spray test, and the compact angle body keeps the whole tap inside the footprint of the pipe run.

This valve is frequently specified for skids where the piping is already threaded and the only question is how the gauge mounts. Our production treats the two interfaces as a pair: the line-side internal thread and the gauge-side port are cut from the same drawing so both engage correctly without adapters. For repeated OEM builds, we freeze the exact thread combination and the salt-spray-tested finish into the production record, which keeps every replacement valve interchangeable with the first one.
