Core Function & Application Positioning
This inline needle valve adopts internal thread connection, which can realize high-precision shut-off and multi-turn micro-adjustment of fluid media with an adjustment accuracy of up to 0.01L/min. The inline needle valve is suitable for precise flow control in medium and low-pressure (≤16MPa) industrial instrument pipelines and hydraulic system branches, and can effectively meet the working conditions with high flow control accuracy requirements such as petrochemical sampling and equipment hydraulic circuits.
Material & Craftsmanship
The main body is made of 304/316 stainless steel and formed by five-axis CNC precision machining. The valve stem adopts a wear-resistant cemented carbide coating and PTFE sealing structure. The valve body has passed 100% hydrostatic sealing test, with excellent overall leak-free performance and can withstand long-term scouring of weakly corrosive media. This inline needle valve features reliable material and process configuration for stable operation.
Specification Advantages
It covers conventional small to medium pipe diameters from DN3 to DN20, is compatible with national standard GB/T and American standard NPT internal thread interfaces. All specifications can match industrial working conditions with different pressure levels from 1.6MPa to 16MPa, and support customization of non-standard thread interfaces.
