This male-female needle valve connects a male thread on one end and a female thread on the other, so it bridges two piping systems with different connection types in a single compact body. The body is integrally machined from 304/316 stainless steel with a length of only 60 percent of a conventional valve, and the stem and seat are precision-ground to a matching gap of no more than 0.005 mm. Rated at 25 MPa, the valve is sized for small precision fluid systems such as laboratory chromatograph lines and micro-hydraulic equipment, where fine control of pure water or organic solvents matters. The passivated surface resists corrosion and supports sterile surface treatment for clean applications.
This valve exists because piping systems rarely use one thread type end to end, and the male-female design removes an extra fitting from the line. Our production value here is dimensional: the two threads and the compact body length have to line up exactly, and drawing-based manufacturing lets us hold the overall length and thread engagement while adapting port sizes for micro equipment. For laboratory buyers, we can also supply the passivated or sterile surface finish as a production option rather than a field retrofit.
