One Piece Compression Needle Valve

This one-piece compression needle valve connects to tubing through a double-ferrule compression end, which eliminates welding and on-site thread work entirely. The ferrule is pre-assembled in the factory, so installation is a matter of pushing the tube and tightening the nut, and the connection stays leak-free through more than 500 assembly and disassembly cycles. The body is made from 304/316 stainless steel, the ferrule cutting edge is quenched to bite firmly into the metal tube, and the assembly passes a 720-hour salt spray test without rust. It covers copper or stainless steel tube outer diameters from 6 to 18 mm, is compatible with the GB/T3733-2008 ferrule standard, and suits pneumatic component lines and small instrument systems from 0.6 to 16 MPa.

For a compression needle valve, the value of our manufacturing shows in the ferrule, not the valve body. The cutting edge is quenched and the ferrule is pre-tightened in our plant so that on-site crews get a connection that seals on the first pull-up. Because tube outer diameters and wall thickness vary by project, we produce the ferrule bore against the customer's tube specification, including thin-walled pipes, and verify the bite before shipment. Buyers who install the same valve across many machines get identical pre-set ferrule behavior order after order.

Each valve is individually protected and packed in moisture-proof export cartons with shock-absorbing cushioning; wooden crates are available for larger consolidated orders. We ship under EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DAP and DDP terms.
