This butt weld male connector terminates a welded pipe into a threaded connection, with a butt weld end on the pipe side and a male thread or flange on the termination side, so a permanent welded line can end at a valve, gauge or equipment port. The fitting is machined from 304/316 stainless steel and covers DN15 to DN50. The weld end is prepared square to the axis and the thread is cut concentric with the bore, so the termination aligns with the line instead of pulling sideways under tightening.
Terminal connectors fail most often from misalignment: if the thread is not concentric with the weld bore, tightening the mating part bends the joint. We machine the weld end and the thread in the same setup so the two stay concentric, and the weld prep is cut to the piping class so the field weld closes evenly. For projects that terminate into their own equipment, we keep the thread standard and length on record and reproduce the identical configuration on repeat orders.

Applications
- Terminating welded lines at equipment: the fitting ends a permanent line at a threaded port without flanging the pipe.
- Valve and manifold connections: the concentric thread lets the mating valve tighten without side load on the weld.
- High-pressure piping: the welded end keeps the permanent line, while the threaded end allows component replacement.

Customization
Size, thread standard and length, and weld-prep angle can be confirmed from drawings or project standards. OEM/ODM production is supported.

Packaging & Transportation
Moisture-proof export cartons with internal cushioning; wooden crates for bulk orders. We support EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DAP and DDP.
FAQ
Q: What is the delivery time for custom-made products?
A: The production cycle for custom-made products is usually 30-60 working days, depending on technical complexity and current schedules.
Q: Do you perform 100% inspection before packing?
A: Yes, 100% inspection is performed on all products before packaging.
Q: What is the lead time for repeat orders?
A: Since technical processes and materials are already prepared for repeat orders, the production cycle can typically be shortened by about 30%-50%.
