This right angle welded joint adopts a butt weld 90° equal-diameter elbow design, realizing firm docking at pipeline corners with no medium retention at the corners, suitable for high-pressure pipeline steering in industries such as petrochemical and metallurgical, and can operate stably for a long time in high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions (withstanding 425℃ high temperature and 40MPa high pressure). The right angle welded joint adapts to high-pressure pipeline steering.
Material & Craftsmanship
The joint is seamlessly forged with 304/316 stainless steel. The elbow part is annealed to eliminate internal stress. The welded end is beveled, and the weld has passed X-ray detection with no defects. The valve body is solution-treated to improve corrosion resistance, ensuring the high-temperature resistance of the right angle welded joint.
