This through wall welded joint is a welded straight-through joint with a through-wall fixing structure, which can realize sealed connection of pipelines through walls/equipment cavities with a through-wall sealing grade of IP66, preventing internal medium leakage and external impurity entry of the cavity, suitable for pipeline docking of pressure vessels and equipment cavities. The through wall welded joint realizes pipeline wall penetration.
Material & Craftsmanship
The joint body is made of 304/316 stainless steel with a fluororubber sealing gasket. The through-wall part is thickened for excellent pressure resistance. The welded end is beveled and forms an integrated structure with the pipeline after welding. The joint has passed an IP66 waterproof and dustproof test without leakage, ensuring the sealing of the through wall welded joint.
