This butt weld high pressure needle valve is designed for fixed high-pressure lines up to 40 MPa, where the connection is made by automatic argon arc welding with a flat, pore-free weld surface. The body is processed from 304/316 stainless steel with a forging ratio of at least 4:1, and the weld passes X-ray non-destructive testing before delivery. A metal hard-sealing seat carries service temperatures from -40 to 425 degrees Celsius, allowing the valve to hold crude oil, hydraulic oil and similar media under continuous flow. It covers DN6 to DN50, follows GB/T and ASME butt weld standards, and can be supplied in special materials for aggressive media such as strong acids.
A high-pressure, high-temperature valve is usually specified by an engineering contractor, which means the material grade, weld prep and pressure class must match the project standard exactly. Our manufacturing is organized around that: the butt weld ends are prepared to the specified standard, and each weld is X-ray tested rather than visually inspected only. For media that attack standard stainless steel, we can select the body material with the buyer before forging and carry that material configuration through production, so the delivered valve matches the documented material certificate.
