This double ferrule needle valve combines an angle body with a compression ferrule connection, letting installers route tubing around corners while keeping precise flow control in the same component. The body is integrally forged from 304/316 stainless steel, and the ferrule fits the body with an interference fit so the joint stays sealed under vibration. High-temperature-resistant fluororubber seals allow service from -20 to 180 degrees Celsius, and the body passes a hydrostatic burst test at three times rated pressure. Ferrule sizes cover Φ6 to Φ20, and non-standard angles such as 45 and 60 degrees can be produced for complex layouts.
Corner installations put two demands on this valve: the ferrule must seal on a tube that enters at an angle, and the body must survive pressure spikes in that position. Our manufacturing addresses both. The ferrule and body are matched with an interference fit rather than assembled from generic parts, so the seal does not depend on the installer's technique. When a layout needs a non-standard angle, we adjust the forging and test the burst pressure on the finished geometry, which is how a corner valve can still carry the same safety margin as a straight one.
