J61W Butt Weld Needle Valve
Core Function & Application Positioning
This steam needle valve adopts butt weld connection, and the weld is formed by automatic argon arc welding with flat and pore-free surface, suitable for high-pressure (≤40MPa) fixed pipeline systems, such as precise medium adjustment in petrochemical transmission pipelines and heavy hydraulic equipment. The steam needle valve can withstand long-term scouring of media such as crude oil and hydraulic oil.
Material & Craftsmanship
The valve body is processed by automatic argon arc welding with 304/316 stainless steel, and the weld has passed X-ray non-destructive testing. The valve seat adopts a metal hard-sealing structure, which can withstand high and low-temperature and high-pressure working conditions from -40℃ to 425℃. The valve body has a forging ratio of ≥4:1 with excellent organizational compactness, ensuring the reliability of the steam needle valve.

All specifications support docking of different pipe diameters from DN6 to DN50, are compatible with national standard GB/T and American standard ASME butt weld standards, can adapt to large-diameter high-pressure industrial pipelines, and support customized materials for special media (such as strong acids).
