This swagelok needle valve adopts angular ferrule connection, which can control the pipeline angle at 90°, optimize pipeline layout while realizing flow adjustment, and is suitable for medium control at corners of complex pipeline systems, saving more than 30% of installation space. The swagelok needle valve is especially suitable for dense pipeline layout of automation equipment.
Material & Craftsmanship
The valve body is integrally forged with 304/316 stainless steel. The ferrule and valve body are seamlessly fitted with interference fit, and high-temperature resistant fluororubber seals are adopted, which can withstand medium and high-pressure and certain temperature media from -20℃ to 180℃. The valve body has passed a hydrostatic burst test with a burst pressure 3 times the rated pressure, guaranteeing the safety of the swagelok needle valve.

Covering conventional ferrule interface specifications from Φ6 to Φ20, it supports customized non-standard angles such as 45° and 60°, adapts to pipeline corner scenarios of different complexities, and can provide complete corner pipeline connection solutions.
