This end welded joint adopts a butt weld straight-through terminal design, with one end docked to the welded pipeline and the other end with a thread/flange interface, realizing quick transfer between the welded pipeline and the equipment with leak-free transfer sealing, suitable for pipeline connection of large industrial equipment and can reduce the welding workload of equipment interfaces. Material & Craftsmanship
The joint is forged with 304/316 stainless steel. The butt weld end is beveled, and the thread/flange end is mirror-polished with a roughness of Ra≤0.4μm. The joint is integrally heat-treated to eliminate welding stress. The sealing element is a metal wound gasket with excellent sealing performance, ensuring the sealing of the end welded joint.
